To study the energy-producing mechanisms during the exercise and to understand the biochemical results at the muscular level from the absorption of various food substrates..

Description

Energetic bases of the muscular exercise :

· Energy balance and output : assessment methods

· Expenditure of energy at rest and with the training.

· Energetic muscular systems.

Metabolism in relation to exercise :

· Phosphocreatin and adenosine triphosphate

· Glucose and glycogen metabolisms

· Lipid metabolism (fatty acids, triglycerides and cholesterol)

· Protid metabolism (aminoacids and proteins)
