Aims and Objectives | The aim of this course is to contribute to a better knowledge of the alive one. After an illustration of the many facets which constitute the guiding principles of life, the influence of human activities (domestics and industrial) is studied. |
Description | Origin of life and evolution. Organization of alive beings : cell, individual, population, community, ecosystem, biosphere. The biogeochemical cycles of carbon, water, nitrogen. The influence of the human activities on these cycles. Problems involved in pollution: the effect of greenhouse, the degradation of the layer of ozone, acid rains. |
