  • In the case of an initial contact or a visit without a prior application, general works on history, ethnography and day-to-day life in Wallonia or Museum collections may be consulted onsite, as well as the Museum of Walloon Life's ‘Bulletin des Enquêtes' (the review we publish).
  • People wishing to undertake more in-depth research work should prepare a detailed data sheet so our researchers can ensure they provide documents that are perfectly consistent with the visitors' expectations.
  • Access to the Centre is free of charge. A computer and photocopier are available to visitors to the Centre.
  • Our team tries to answer your expectations within three weeks or so.
  • Reproductions for iconographic and written works, as well as outgoing loans for exhibitions held by museums or cultural institutions, must be submitted in writting to the Documentation Center. They will be recorded and individually treated. Please, contact us for more informations.
