elementary knowledge of the industrial processes in chemistry, biochemistry and biotechnology due, inter alia, at the time of the training course of immersion of 3rd bachelor.

Aims and Objectives

Every future engineer needs to understand the reason for the existence of standards, their role in industry, the way they are applied or used, the advantages (or disadvantages) they can bring.  there will be a special focus on quality, environment and security-related standards.

After an introductive lecture, the students will perform a personal research on a topic of their choice and prepare a PowerPoint presentation as well as a short abstract and will present their contribution to their classmates.

The presentations will be evaluated by the students themselves (as well as the teacher).

Knowledge of the subjects will be verified through a written exam.
