Rudiments of biochemistry and microbiology intended to support the insertion of students in the biochemical, food, pharmaceutical fields

Description

Biochemistry, study of the glucides, lipids, proteins and nucleic acids, study of the metabolism and fermentation; Microbiology, general bacteriology including the elementary techniques (counting, identification, sterilization); . Industrial applications, enzymatic engineering use of enzymes for the bioconversion of sugars, biotechnologique industry (the brewery, biolixiviation and the hydrobiométallurgie), genetic engineering: investigation and production equipment
