Aims and Objectives | Study of the principles of operation of the diodes and the transistors. Analysing application circuits of the electronic of command or power such as rectifier, logical port, memory, stabilised power supply, lapping machines. |
Description | Elements of electronic physics: intrinsic driver, insulators, semiconductors, extrinsic semiconductors (P & N), PN junction. Diodes: rectifier diode, Zener diode, photodiode, LED. Rectifier single-phase current simple alternation, rectifier single-phase current double alternation, condenser of filtering, lapping machine of voltage. Three-phase rectifiers, simple and double alternations. Bipolar transistors: principle, static characteristics, dissipated power. Polarization, right-hand side of static head, exercises. The transistor with rate of communication, logical circuits of application (nand, nor, bistable, monostable, astable). Transistors MOSFET: description, operation, characteristics, commutation. Transistors IGBT and UJT: description, operation, characteristics, EX: the relaxator. |
