Asterisk programming : Answer, HangUp, WaitExten, Goto, Playback, Background, Dial, Voice Mail, Call Parking, Transfer, Meet Me, Intercept, Web Voicemail, Pattern Matching, Directory, Videoconference.

Cisco IP Telephony : Cisco Unity Communications Manager Express - QCT - Voice VLANs - CDP - Trunks configuration - Gateways to POTS & ISDN
