- Paradox of Productivity:obligation and possible consequences  (for Welfare, for Return (ROE) and forr employment situation)

-Schools of thought in HRM (Why? and how? to motivate people)

-To-day Payment and fiscal consequences

-How to apply successfully for a job ? C.V. : in theory  and in practice .
