Aims and Objectives | The objective is to initiate students into copyright. In other words: - to discover the meaning of “copyright”, - to learn the bases of copyright ( the titular, the protected works, etc.), - to make oneself familiar with some law items (economic rights, moral rights , etc.), - to be aware of the extent and the consequences of copyright ( the implications in your private and professional life). |
Description | The course hold different chapters: - The mains principles of copyright. - The legal protection of computer programs. - The legal protection of databases. The different notions of the first part will be used to open the more specific fields of the other parts. |
