Aims and Objectives | The student will be able to: - apply statistical methods - understand the importance of working on samples - use demographic statistics - draw valid conclusions choose the most suitable method for solving problems |
Description | - types of variables, charts, graphic representations - averages and parameters of location and dispersion - basic knowledge of probability. - random variables. - laws of probability: Bernouilli, binomial, Poisson, normal. - sampling, specific estimations and estimations at interval - theory of tests ( chi-squared statistic) |
