  • To describe every organ, severally, inside of the system to which it belongs and his connections with the others
  • To interpret sectional anatomy
  • To describe the working of an organ/system and his regulation.

General introduction (terminology, viewes, sections, ...)

Introduction to osteology and arthrology : structure, classification and bone physiology

 

TRUNK

  • Oste-arthro-myology (rachis, pelvis, thorax, back, nape, abdomen)
  • Alimentary system and physiology
  • Respiratory system and physiology
  • Urinary system and physiology, and physiology of continence
  • Reproductive system and physiology of erection
  • Topography of the pelvic region (male and female)
  • Cardiovascular system : heart and main blood vessels
  • Mediastinum
  • Mesenterioli
  • Study of serial cross sections

 

 

LIMBS

  • Upper limb : osteo-arthro-myology + main blood vessels and nerves
  • Lower limb : osteo-arthro-myology + main blood vessels and nerves
  • Muscular physiology
  • Study of serial cross sections

 

 

HEAD AND NECK

  • Skull osteology + craniofacial and masticatory muscles
  • Neck : muscles and topographic study (+ thyroid)
  • Study of serial cross sections

 

CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM

  • Brain : brainstem, cerebellum and cerebrum
  • Spinal cord
  • Meninges, blood vessels
  • Functional neuroanatomy : the main pathways
  • Study of serial cross sections

 

ENDOCRINE SYSTEM

  • Introduction
  • Glands (adenohypophysis, thyroid, parathyroid, pancreas, adrenal, gonads): anatomy et physiology (hormones and actions)
