To highlight the various factors which influence food behavior

To think about the various components of the body and the concept of “weight”.

To analyze the energetic needs a person. To represent the food pyramid

To distinguish the energetic nutriments from the non energetic ones

To restore the principal properties of different nutriments

To list the principal sources of these nutriments

To know the various parameters of the elderly’s food

Factors influencing nutrition in the old person

Meals in residence

Collective catering in geriatric institution / To establish menus
