Aims and Objectives | Understand the physiology of the effort. To be able to realize a suitable training plan. |
Description | Nervous command and movement regulation. Muscular and cardio-pulmonary physiologic adaptation. The energetic channels used during different intensities and durations of the effort. The training techniques in individual and collective sports including sports for physically handicapped. |
