Aims and Objectives | To know, understand and realize pathological anatomy techniques |
Description | Definition of basic pathologic lesions : inflammation, infections; overload; necrosis ; tumors Different examinations in order to investigate a lesion : clinical examination; radiology; biopsies; surgical sampling; cytology and molecular biology. Different sampling : medical, surgical and radiologic biopsies; surgical pieces; cytologic punctures. Different pathological anatomy analysises: standard histology; histochemistry; immunohistology; histoenzymolgy; in situ hybridization; electronic microscopy; molecular biology. Surgical acts. |
