Aims and Objectives | To know the functions of database management system To understand the internal working of database management system and these links with the operating system To master a relational language such like SQL To get a good knowledge of relational model To be able to define a database from a logical model To know and to understand the properties of transaction and the update conflicts To master the data consistency problem To handle embedded SQL, modular SQL, stored procedures and the exception mechanism |
