Description |
Theory: Materials properties. Temperature effects and properties. Mechanical testing and characterization. Polymeric materials. Ceramic materials, glasses, cement and concrete. Materials and alloys: properties enhancement, surface modification, heat-treating, and powder metallurgy. Properties : iron and steel, aluminium and alloys, copper and alloys, titanium and alloys, stainless steels. Heat-resistant metals and alloys. Other topics Application: Exercises based on the theory of Bachelor 1 and 2.
