Experiment the different relaxation techniques. Be able to conceive a relaxation treatment in physiotherapy

Theoretical aspects :

· Relaxation’s effect

· Indications and contra-indications.

Practical exercices :

· « Autogène Schultz » training

· Jacobson techniques

· Sophrology according to « Caycédo ».

Hypnosis according to « Erickson ».
