To acquire theoretical basic notions as regards histological techniques. To learn how to cut embedded tissues and make stains.

Routine stains, stains of carbohydrates...

Practical activities (tissue stains and sections): hematoxylin-eosin, Regaud hematoxilin, alcian blue, PAS
